Window shutters are usually chosen for security when a house is empty, for blackout in bedrooms or for keeping summer heat off the glass, and the survey in Loughborough starts with which of those matters most to you.
Each window in Loughborough is measured to the real opening, including the lintel, render beads and cill, which is why the survey comes before any price is fixed.
