Roller garage doors in Bracknell
We cover Bracknell and the RG12 postcode district as part of Berkshire; you book a survey here exactly as you would anywhere else. Crowthorne, Wokingham and Sandhurst are covered too, which helps when several properties need doing.

If your garage in Bracknell is integral, the door affects how warm the house is, so insulated laths and brush seals are worth considering.
Roller garage doors suit driveways in Bracknell where an up-and-over door would swing out into the space, because the curtain rolls straight up into a box.

Planning and safety in Bracknell
Bracknell is in England, so planning decisions sit with your local planning authority (the district, borough, city or unitary council).
- Safety devices: Powered doors need force limiting or a safety edge and must be set up and tested at installation. We hand over the instructions and a record of the settings.
- Planning: Replacing a garage door is not usually a planning matter, but listed buildings and conditions on newer estates can restrict changes, so check if unsure.
- Power cut: Every powered door has a manual release so it can be opened by hand. If the garage is your only way into the house, ask about battery backup.
