Planning and safety in Annan
In Annan, as elsewhere in Scotland, planning questions go to your planning authority (the local council, or a national park authority).
- Workplace safety: Powered doors in workplaces must be safe to use and kept maintained; that includes working safety edges or photocells and regular servicing.
- Lifting and access: Large doors are installed with suitable access equipment and a site-specific method statement.
- Power supply: Industrial motors may need a 3-phase supply or a dedicated circuit; we confirm what is on site at survey.
