What to check in Carmarthen before ordering
In Carmarthen, as elsewhere in Wales, planning questions go to your local planning authority (the county or county borough council, or a national park authority).
- Expectations: Shutters help most when they are closed, so they make the biggest difference at night and on hot afternoons.
- Ventilation: Keep background ventilation in mind in rooms with gas appliances; slotted laths or a part-open setting help.
