Planning and safety in Banbridge
Banbridge is in Northern Ireland, so planning decisions sit with your local council, which has been the planning authority since 2015.
- Electrics: Wired to BS 7671 by a qualified electrician.
- Escape route: If the patio doors are a way out of the house, the shutter needs an inside control and a manual override.
- Planning: Rear shutters are less visible, but listed buildings and conservation areas can still need consent.
