Patio & bifold door roller shutters in Kendal
We survey and install across Cumbria, and Kendal is one of the towns covered. Our coverage around Kendal also includes Morecambe, Lancaster and Penrith.
Kendal sits some 40 miles to the south of Carlisle.
Because a door shutter can cover an escape route, each one we fit in Kendal has an inside control that works without a key, plus a manual override or battery backup.
For back doors, French doors and bifolds in Kendal, the shutter is sized to the full frame so the curtain closes onto a level threshold or a bottom rail.

Frequently asked questions
Can you fit a shutter over bifold doors?
Yes. The shutter runs outside the folding doors in its own guides, so it does not interfere with them. Very wide bifolds are often split into two shutters on a centre post.
Can the headbox be hidden?
On new extensions it can be built into the roof edge or behind a fascia. On existing houses it is fitted neatly under the lintel and colour-matched.
How much do patio & bifold door roller shutters cost in Kendal?
Typical prices are shown above. A survey at your property in Kendal confirms the specification and fixes the price.
Is the survey free in Kendal?
Yes, for new installations. We tell you the cost of any repair or service visit before booking.
