If your shop in Lisnaskea is on a parade or in a conservation area, the look of the shutter matters as much as the security, so we talk through planning-friendly options such as perforated laths or a box behind the fascia.
We check the fascia, the box space and the power supply on every shopfront in Lisnaskea before quoting, so the fixed price reflects the real job.
We cover Lisnaskea and the BT92 postcode district as part of County Fermanagh; you book a survey here exactly as you would anywhere else. We also cover Irvinestown, Enniskillen and Omagh, so premises in more than one of these places can be quoted together.

Planning and safety in Lisnaskea
In Lisnaskea, planning follows the Planning Act (Northern Ireland) 2011 and the NI permitted development rules.

- Planning: A perforated shutter is often the type councils will accept on a shopfront, but an application is usually still needed.

Perforated roller shutters in Lisnaskea: questions
Can I see into the shop through a perforated shutter?
Yes, especially when the shop is lit. Punched vision laths give a clearer view.
Why do councils prefer perforated shutters?
They keep shopping streets looking lit and active after hours rather than lined with blank steel, which many shopfront design guides encourage.
Do I need permission for perforated roller shutters in Lisnaskea?
Possibly. New external shutters on shopfronts and street-facing elevations usually need planning permission. We recommend checking with your local council first.
Do you cover Lisnaskea?
