Our perforated roller shutters service in Scunthorpe
Scunthorpe is part of our Lincolnshire coverage, and addresses in the DN15 postcode district are covered in the same way as the rest of Lincolnshire. Other towns nearby that we cover include Goole, Gainsborough and Hull.
For reference, Scunthorpe lies about 25 miles north of Lincoln.
If your shop in Scunthorpe is on a parade or in a conservation area, the look of the shutter matters as much as the security, so we talk through planning-friendly options such as perforated laths or a box behind the fascia.
We check the fascia, the box space and the power supply on every shopfront in Scunthorpe before quoting, so the fixed price reflects the real job.

Rules that apply in Scunthorpe
As an English town, Scunthorpe follows the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the permitted development rules in England.
- Planning: A perforated shutter is often the type councils will accept on a shopfront, but an application is usually still needed.
- Weather: Perforations let some wind and rain through, so think about the glazing behind and draughts in exposed spots.
