What to check in Colchester before ordering
As an English city, Colchester follows the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 and the permitted development rules in England.
- Orientation: We check daylight on the panel at survey; heavily shaded openings may need a remote panel or mains power.
- Planning: Solar shutters look much the same as mains shutters from outside, so the same planning advice applies.
