Frequently asked questions
What happens if a forklift hits it?
Many fabric doors have a self-repairing curtain that comes out of the guides on impact and re-feeds on the next cycle.
Why use a high-speed door instead of a roller shutter?
Where a door opens many times an hour, a fast door is only open while traffic passes, which saves energy and keeps areas separate.
Do I need permission for high-speed roller doors in Evesham?
New doors on industrial buildings can need planning permission if they change the elevation, and doors in fire compartment walls must suit the fire strategy. If you are unsure, ask your local council; we provide product details for any application.
Is the survey free in Evesham?
Yes, for new installations. We tell you the cost of any repair or service visit before booking.
