Questions about patio & bifold door roller shutters in Larne
Can you fit a shutter over bifold doors?
Yes. The shutter runs outside the folding doors in its own guides, so it does not interfere with them. Very wide bifolds are often split into two shutters on a centre post.
How wide can one patio shutter be?
Around 3,000 mm in a standard foam-filled lath, and wider with stronger extruded profiles. We confirm the maximum for your opening at survey.
Do I need permission for patio & bifold door roller shutters in Larne?
It depends on the property. External shutters on listed buildings need listed building consent, and conservation areas often have tighter rules. Check with your local council before ordering; we can supply drawings.
How much do patio & bifold door roller shutters cost in Larne?
Typical prices are shown above. A survey at your property in Larne confirms the specification and fixes the price.
