Rules that apply in Caernarfon
Caernarfon is in Wales, so planning decisions sit with your local planning authority (the county or county borough council, or a national park authority).
- Planning: A perforated shutter is often the type councils will accept on a shopfront, but an application is usually still needed.
- Weather: Perforations let some wind and rain through, so think about the glazing behind and draughts in exposed spots.
